hi everyone, im new to this so please excuse any dumbnesss on my part.
i have a medion md96800 mdpna250 - 5.1
is it possible to put tomtom on this and if so which one and how?
i have modded the registry so it boots into windows ce already from a post on here.
i have tried to install tomtom5 with no succcedd, both from auto update and copying to sd card still no joy
can anyone please help me with this as its doing my head in.
also is there any free poi for speed cameras

Hi jjay
I also have the 250 / MD96800
It will run tt, no problems. but you need to get the tt setup.exe file
I have seen tt on ebay for about 40.00 but I have been reluctant to spend, incase the setup.exe will be the wronge one.
No good getting tt startup.exe as this is a totally diff. file.

to install tomtom on your pna you have to modify the file tomtomnavigator.cab because your PNA is not a compatible platform. You have only to delete the setup.dll in it. i explain it here. Sorry it's in french. |

Sorry I don't have any answers on Tom Tom but would like to mod my registry so that my unit boots into CE as I would like to try running some other applications. You seem to to have sussed this. Could you help me out.
