Whiich Device are you using and which version did you download?
It will help us, to help you, if you gave a little more information.;) _________________ Richard

OK, by "500" I guess you mean it's a TomTom Go500?
So on the camera download page, you selected "TomTom OV2" in the first box, then what did you select in the second?
If you selected "UK Speed Zoned complete (23 files)" you should have got a single zip file that should decompress to give 23 .ov2 files, 23 .bmp and a couple of help files. Included in them should be "pocketgps_uk_gatso_20.ov2"
"pocketgps_uk_gatso_30.ov2"
"pocketgps_uk_gatso_40.ov2"
etc.
Have you not got those? |

Hi Andy
Yes I got all the files and they all loaded except the low speed one's (most needed. I tried deleting and reloading a few times checked and they are present in the GB maps folder but when I go to assign warning they are not on the list.

Have you gone over the POI category limit? It's 39 categories (excluding the built-in ones) for most versions of software, but went down to 24 for v5.202 (I think).
Any more than that will just be ignored by the system even though the files are there (and I'm not sure that its even the last ones added that are ignored).
Count them up and try removing some other ones. |

Thanks Andy and Oldboy
That's a bit rich when all these POI are becoming avalable.
But never mind I will delete some burger joints and try agian.
Wonder if Tom Tom will bring out a fix. |

News is that V6 software (out soonish) will increase the limit to 100 categories.
Until then, you can reduce the number of categories needed for the cameras by using SOME of the speed zoned set and SOME of the consolidated set.
I use the speed-zoned Gatsos and Mobiles but the all-in-one Specs, which saves 5 slots. |
