Hi. Is there a way to replace the gps icon of the Destinator PN? It's too big for me and it covers the map when I zoom out. Can I use the old Destinator 3, Steering wheel, gps icon? Thanks. |

As there's no one replying I'd say no. But you might want to take a look at www.navifriends.de if you're German is any good. There are some English bits. It would appear that there is a program called Mini4Inis which allows you to do a lot of reskinning. Not sure if it works for Destinator and haven't got time to research so you'll need to take a look. Some great tweaks but I'm just not comfortable attempting them with my poor German. There are examles with screengrabs in the Destinator forum.

Thanks. I'll check on the site. Destinator support answered back and it is not possible but maybe this tweak program can. I appreciate the suggestion. |

Thanks Rock. After posting I found a few minutes to visit the site and I did realise that it wasn't for Desti. Thanks for clearing that up.

I checked out the sites and it was all in German. I can't read German unfortunately. Is there a site that is English? Thanks. |

No other site with that level of knowledge. Don't forget that Destinator is huge in Germany and that site is a hotbed of knowledge. You'll even see icons for people who look like Destinator staff! Can't confirm as I don't speak german either but its a cracking source of info.
There is an English area and if you post there someone usually replies which I think is highly commendable.
If you want to get the rough gist of it use babelfish on the Altavista site to (rough) translate. _________________ Tom Tom GO 720
