If you submitted by email you should receive an autometed acknowledgment by return.
if you are referring to how long does it take to inform you if a submission has qualified you for a free subscription then we aim to confirm these with 6 weeks at most but typically within a month.

sent a red light location in 3 weeks ago by poi capture Didn't get a confirmation e-mail, so a week later sent it in using single camera input, still no confirmation e-mail so a couple of days ago tried again using e-mail, still no e-mail returned.
Because I didn't get the automated reply dose that mean you didn't receive it

More likely that Hotmail is filtering our auto reply into your JunkMail folder.

Don't forget to configure Hotmail's JunkMail filter not to block email from '@pocketgpsworld.com' !
