Hi
I have downloaded just about all the files now, and not one of them is a zipped file.
How do you open the file once loaded, as my PC says unknown file.
I have WinRAR and other zip processing software, and these files you download are not zipped files.
Any help please
Thanks

When you download one of the files and you get the po-up window asking if you want to Run, Save or Cancel, what does the filename come up as? Can you go through step by step what you do?
Also, I have locked your second post which is a carbon copy of this one. Double-posting isn't recommended as the replies often get split between the two posts. _________________ Tim |

Hi
Sorry for the other post, error on my part.
Have managed to sort out the problem now. When you are given the option to save, run or cancel the file, select save, but you have to add .zip to downloadcamers file. The extension is missing, so the computer cant recognise it.
The file for the NavMan has no extension, so you have to add it manually.
Thanks

Hmm, I have personally downloaded the all-in-one and 23 file versions of the Navman database and both ave arrived on this laptop as .zip files. _________________ Tim |
