I've just bought a GPS bundle from a supplier and it has come with the 303-E card instead of the 303 MMF advertised. Should I be concerned? Does the 303-E perform as well as the 303-MMF ?
Thanks

Give it a try and see, generally Evermore (E) do take longer for TTFF testing from reports I have read, but I haven't tested an Evermore chipset recently to be able to confirm/deny this. |

Thanks Dave, I played around with two of the cards (we bought 3 bundles) and I wasn't very impressed with the performance. Long time to get a fix then the lock on those sats was pretty flakey. Certainly appeared to be a lot worse than you experienced with the MMF card.
Cheers,

I'm hoping to get my hands on an E soon, so I can compare side by side as I usually run tests with both my iPAQ's in-car at the same time. |
