oh learned ones please help in my quest....I have a MDPPC150 with medion navigator 5 onboard. Can i update to 5.1 from navigon (MobileNavigator|5.1 - PocketPC 2002) so that I can download and use POI-Warner?

Should work, but unfortunately doesnt because the new software asks for a serial number and this is not supplied by Medion and they wont give you a s/n when you ring the help-line. |

Not sure I understand. When you buy software you get a product code/serial number. _________________ Lutz

Medion supply their own serial no. for THEIR products, not Navigon's.
And Medion don't do software updates as such, they supply what is current at that time when you purchase their units, but will not supply it as a separate update to older units.
So you cannot use that serial no. with Navigon. |

But nothing is stopping you from buying the Navigon product and use it instead of the Medion version. _________________ Lutz
