Hiya
Is the camera database free for Go 700 Users ?
I see it mentions it on the box, but am not sure if that is just the first update or not ?

Hi Paul,
I think that it's the TomTom camera database that may be free for a limited time. However, I've heard that the TomTom database is nowhere near as good as the PocketGPSWorld camera database in terms of number of sites, accuracy, nor frequency of updates.
The annual subscription to the PocketGPSWorld camera database is also cheaper than the annual subscription to the TomTom database.

The Petrol Station Database is compliled by Teleatlas and not Tomtom :P
It many not be as good but it wont tell you theat the camera is in location x when its down the road 600 yards around corner Y :P |

Since they supply it, I blame them :-)
In my case, it was 'lets take this mug 5 miles up some tiny lanes to a village that probably last had a petrol station in 1963, if ever'.
