Hi guys, first post so go easy on me 
I'm using TomTom Mobile 5.2 on my SPV C550 running WM2003SE and I can't find anything in the settings to make the backlight switch off when I'm travelling over a certain speed. All I can find is how to make the map view turn off when over a certain speed, but that won't help prolong battery life on long journeys like having the backlight turn off.
Any suggestions?

| The option to turn the backlight off over a certain speed does not exist. However you can make it so the backlight only comes on when TomTom is giving instructions. |

How do you do these?
The only options I can see for backlight are:
Always, On Walking and bicycle routes, when not charging and Never.
Min is version 5.200 (4450) |

When the backlight turns off (under the first three options above) it will automatically come back on when an instruction is given... before going off again once more.
