|
|
Hi
New Nuvi350, downloaded camera database and used garmin POI loader to upload it, no errors reported as far as I know. Noticed a new setting in system settings "proximity alert" which is turned on.
Now how do I know that its actually loaded, as I have driven round and passed few fixed camera, but nothing happened!!
Any help would be much appreciated
Thanks |

Apparently some systems only advise you of the cameras if you are speeding on the approach to them _________________ **********************************

the nuvi will show up speed cams in 'my locations' and then 'custom points'
should be under the file 'pocket_gpsw_gatso...' etc

oh ok.. does that mean I need to install it again.. ?
Curious..as garmin POI loader said " bla blah..POI loaded"
Will it overwrite my other POI file?
Thanks |

When you load POIs you need to load them all in one go. If you want to add a POI to some that are already installed then you need to install the old POIs with the new ones. |
