Not sure if this is the place for this post so apologies if I've posted incorrectly.
My BT was working fine then one morning I turned it on, the BT light flashed once and then no more.
It still picks up GPS signals ok but is no use without the bluetooth connection.
I've tried running it down and recharging but it still refuses to make a bluetooth connection, it flashes once, and thats it.
Any idea what the problem is?
It's about 18 months old, is this how long they last? |

Thanks for your help Mike.
I've tried all the proceedures that Robert suggests but no luck, I also left the battery disconnected for 8 hours. Just put the unit on charge and will leave it on (turned on) tonight and see if that helps.
I'm not sure what model it is though I can say it's not the BT338. It's black with the three indicator lights running horizontaly across the lower part of the casing, the only indication of what it is, is the serial number BT-4812.
As for returning it to the supplier, I have no idea as it was a gift (with an HP2210) from my wife and she can't remember where she bought it |
