Unfortunately that is not an option at the moment, as there is no way to associate a payment made with your pocketgpsworld.com user account. _________________ Mike Barrett |

I've just had a similar problem with Firefox & IE6 (no method of paying via nochex as the icons weren't visible). By temporarily disabling ZoneAlarm and refreshing the relevant page they appeared, I then repeated the experiment and got similar results, so it seems as if one of the settings in ZoneAlarm aren't liked.

As an addendum to my last post it seems that ZoneAlarm doesn't like me downloading the speed cam files and trying to reply/quote in these forums. Certainly before the this membership scheme I downloaded the speed cam files successfully on 2 or 3 occasions without any intervention from ZoneAlarm.

Well, if any of the moderators are watching, they need to figure out what is clashing with Firewalls and sort it. It is not good to have to lower a Firewall to deal with this site if it leaves us open to attack while doing it. _________________ - - - - - - - - -

I have always used ZoneAlarm. Have never had a problem, and still don't. I also use Netscape and the combination works well. _________________ Richard

Well, in the end I dropped the firewall to subscribe then put the wall back up. I had no problem downloading the database with the firewall in place. _________________ - - - - - - - - -

Hi folks
Could I suggest that users of ZoneAlarm who are unable to 'see' the buttons to make payment, check that ZoneAlarm is correctly set to enable you to do so.
Privacy page - Mobile code control, click 'Custom' button, select 'Ad Blocking' Tab and remove the tick in the top box 'Banner/Skyscraper Ads'
If you then refresh the page the buttons should now be visable.
Hope this sorts the problem.
Regards

It looks as if the issue was with ad-blockers. I have added text links under the images. These should display even if the pay buttons dont. Please can someone who had the problems confirm that these do actually work and take you to the Nochex site please. _________________ Mike Barrett |

Hi Mike
Text links are visible and work. Buttons still not visible but at least now folks who don't want to drop their Firewall will be able to proceed.
If you're off to CeBit, have fun in sunny Hanover. I spent a very enjoyable 3 years there in the 80's whie in the Army. Last visited in 2000 for the World Fair. _________________ - - - - - - - - -
