Hard Reset

I see mention of 'doing a hard reset' if the i3 screws up. Can't see anywhere how to do this and what data (if any) gets lost in the process.

Hold down back arrow,the thumbweel and the on/off switch all together and the it will prompt You to doublecheck you are sure. Answer Yes and it will set it back factory settings. It will clear your favourites but it will keep any POI you have loaded

Alternatively, you can turn the unit off, then turn it back on, (wait 20 seconds), after which you can clear all of your current data from the options menu.

Is there a way to reset it and clear all the custom POI's aswell?
