Can someone please advise me of the easiest way to remove the Speed Camera POIs from my i3 leaving just the original map data.
Thanks Peter |

Take one of the csv files, remove all the data from it using Excel, and upload it to your i3.
Then you'll only have one blank POI file. |

Just create a new text file with the Windows default Notepad, then just add the line:
0,0,"No POI Loaded"
then save the file as:
no_poi.csv
then upload it to the i3, if you try and browse to it it will look like it has never had any poi's loaded at all as PoiLoader will delete ALL of the existing poi files and just add that one which cannot be seen. |

I am completely baffled. This does not work for me.
i3 Firmware Version 2.70
POILoader 2.2.1.3
I loaded the Speed camera database but noticed that my 2 nearest mobile locations had the wrong speed - 40 when they are in a 30 limit. ( locations 7574 and 8031).
No problem I though - just edit the .csv and reload. This appeared to go OK but they still say 40mph on the i3.
So I then try and delete all the POI as per this thread but all the POI are still there.
I have spent 2 hours on trying to fix this - can anyone help?

Fixed it.
Try removing the USB cable from the i3 before checking the POI!

I'm using PoiLoader v2.2.1.3 and have never had that problem, as i'm always messing about setting different distance alerts for all the cameras using Adam Mealings (aka cbrom on the forum) Garmin GPX Converter. |
