POI RESTRAUNTS ON ROUTE?

I was travelling the other day on the m5, feeling peckish i went to poi, restraunts, the first 4 i selected were in the other direction. is there any way of telling on route restraunts.

I don't know if you are using TomTom, but in TT if you use Find Alternative and use Travel Via, POI the screen will show the nearest locations. If you tap the Route Icon at the bottom of the screen it will list those that are on your Route. This of course assumes you are using a Route.

If there is no Route in use, then it won't know where you're going!
