I just bought a garmin i3 and have downloade the latest POI loader from the garmin website today, but when i download POI files, when i try to extract the files, it just says no files to extract. Can anybody help me with this and perhaps give me a link to different site to download the files. I want the speed camera POI file. Thanks. |

I was in exactly the same boat as you - I tried to put POIs into my i3 and was getting the no data info. I found this tip on another forum page, but it appears to have worked for me.
You have to download and save the new POIs. Then unzip and save them.
Then you have open each of the .csv entries with Notepad and delete the first line Longitude, Latitude, Name then save it back again. After you have done all the .csv entries, try the Garmin POI loader again and it should work - it appeared to for me! |

This has certainly done the trick for me. I removed the top line of each csv file when opened with notepad.
For info, I am using the POI loader that takes up around 9.52mb - 9.56mb. :D :D :D |
