i need some help by a computer genius! unable to install tomtom one onto computer to back up. it appears to be a driver problem, after going through 'upgrade device driver wizard' it finds 'driver which is suitable for this device' as tomtom go when i click next to install it says; an error occurred during the installation of the device. the installation failed because a function driver was not specified for this device.
if anyone could help me solve this problem i would be grateful. thanks badger64. |

Try putting the SD Card in the camera and transferring the files that way. _________________ Richard
