On the Tom Tom One, after planning a route you can go the the traffic more info screen and scroll through the various traffic problems.
The traffic icons are displayed and some of them have a red flashing dot over them.
What does this mean? |

stationary traffic. |

So it it has a flashing dot over the icon that means stationary traffic and if there is no flashing dot the traffic is moving?
Where in the manual is that - I don't see it anywhere. |

I thought stationary traffic was shows as a series of red dots...... |

Sorry you are correct.
I did notice today on my traffic map that i had solid red dots not sure what these are either. |
