Tom Tom ONE Traffic Icon Question

Pagemakers

On the Tom Tom One, after planning a route you can go the the traffic more info screen and scroll through the various traffic problems.

The traffic icons are displayed and some of them have a red flashing dot over them.

What does this mean?

So it it has a flashing dot over the icon that means stationary traffic and if there is no flashing dot the traffic is moving?

Where in the manual is that - I don't see it anywhere.

Sorry you are correct.

I did notice today on my traffic map that i had solid red dots not sure what these are either.
