Hi
I've used the CityMaps for London through two generations of iPAQ without difficulty. Now I have a WM5 device - a T-Mobile Vario (same as K-Jam). Although I still have the installer on my PC, I can't get CityMaps to run on the new device. I know it's an old and unsupported product now, but anyone know if it should work? |

Running TTN 5.2? The older maps are not compatable. I read that this could be overcome by editing the .PNA file within the map using notepad (version No. in the third line). I also tried TTN 5.0 on my Vario. The app and the maps load fine but I cannot match a relative com port. Seems the way to go is buy new map versions. |

This is CityMaps as a standalone product, not TTN. (In other words, this isn't linked to a GPS system, it's just standalone maps.) And it seems to be version 1.00 (149). I think it's just too old now - I probably bought it in 2001. |

You are in the TTN forum, you may do better elsewhere. |

Actually, according to the Forum index, this is precisely where we should discuss CityMaps - and there sure ain't no other place. |

You are of course correct-please accept my apologies. My thinking was if it isn`t TTN then you may fair better in "other software". |
