Why does this site time tell me it's 11:16 when it is 10:25 GMT? |

Hi biggles150,
to the forum.
If you adjust the time zone in your profile to GMT -1 the time should then read correctly.

Hi biggles150,
Yes, mine is also 9 minutes out. Not to worry though, at least the hour is correct now! ;-)

Our servers are co-located in the US and although we have requested they be configured for GMT, every time a reboot occurs they reset to GMT -1!
We've given up trying to get this mended now so setting GMT -1 in your profile fixes the issue although I'll try and get the correct minutes set! _________________ Darren Griffin |

Can I add my voice to the suggestion that they set the servers in the US to the correct time? It is a fairly straightforward option on Windows Server 2003 (for example), just a little more difficult than on Windows XP, and I'm sure Un*x has a program to grab the time from one of the many atomic clock "time servers" on the internet!
Thanks
John |

Obviously some kind of bug as the US time zones range from GMT-9 to GMT-5
At least BST will be correct :D _________________ Ian.
