|
|
i have just updated my speed camera locations and also the latest tomtom update version 5.420 i have the navigate to postcode facility there but it still only works like the original only off the first 4 of the postcode but my friends 500 works fully for example if he inputs TQ124BE it will list the proper roads but mine will only give me the TQ12 area if that makes sense?
is there a small update to make my function work like the 500 or shall i just copy and use his sd card in my classic? |

Check that you have the folder called "zip" with a file called "Great Britain.postal" in it.
If not, it can be downloaded from the TT site. _________________ TTGO 700 (dead)

...and don't forget to use "Navigate to..." / "Postcode" (on page 2) , not "Address" |

Have you added any POIs that you can delete? |

That's exactly what I found too.
At first I could fit it all on by just deleting a few voices. then I had to get rid of all but the two English and one German (just to demonstrate it to people). But the last time I had to lose the German one too. |
