Magellan RoadMate POI Manager issues

there is no support whatsoever for mac users. There is no solution to this that I can find. I've used it on the PC and found the software very clunky to use, not intuitive. magellan are doing themselves no favours here, considering the stuff coming from Tom Tom and the like. Shame considering the actual satnav units (300,700,760 and now 800) are simply great in use. Much better than most IMO.

Not a bug report - just my gripe :-)

I have joined this site and done everything that the installation information on the PDF file tells me but I am unable to download the new POI manager, nothing seems to be highlighted to allow me to down load the zip file to be able to install the POI Database from the site, what am I doing wrong and could it be my setting in internet explorer? I am also using windows XP if that helps anyone in the reply

Simply states page not available. Is this a temporary problem or am I not doing it right ?
