I've just subscribed to TT Traffic. I seem to be able to kick off and complete an update via my GPRS phone but there are never any traffic incidents appearing, which I find hard to believe!!!
I've got an ipaq h2210 and I'm running TTN5(5.210). I'm updating using a Nokia 6230i over bluetooth.
I've also tried updating whilst activesync'd to my laptop and the passthrough internet connection and the same thing seem to happen - successfull update, but no traffic incidents!
HELP!?!? |

not all roads are covered by the tomtom traffic service.
On my daily journey on the A320/M25/M3 I usually get one incident either on the M25 or the M3 but the A320 is not covered.
In the last six months the major incidents that have affected me have been on the A320 (road closure/very long delays)
oh well ![Smile](modules/Forums/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) |

After downloading Traffic go to Browse Map, then options and tick traffic. If you dont see any incidents anywhere in the country then something is obviously wrong.
Go to Edit Service Account and make sure you've put your TomTom password in and not "Trial" or "Plus" |

Thanks for the advice. Have tried your suggestions but still nothing
I have a support case raised with TomTom at the moment but they've not provided much assistance so far! |

Does the TomTom Weather work? If not, do you get any error messages? |

Fixed!
TomTom support suggested a reinstallation, which although a bit of a cop out IMHO, seems to have done the trick!
All working again. |
