TomTom One speed camera alerts

I have just purchased the new TomTom One. Not wanting to sound stupid, could someone please tell me how i use the speed camera alerts.
Do i have to download the information or is it allready on the unit, and i just haven't found it.
If i have to add them on could someone please tell me in laymans terms how to do this so that they will work everytime i use my TomTom. Thanx

hi rallycar follow this link it will take you to the speed camera database download page read through the instruction for the go its the same thing have coffee and read the instructions again get more coffee and have a go whist completeing refill coffee on a regular basis

I have done everything in the instructions, but i am not sure what is supposed to happen after i have pasted the files into the folder Great Britain map. Basically something is not happening between steps 4 to 5. anybody with any ideas
