As my Ipaq 1940 is slowly dying (the screen starts to flicker) I am currently looking to replace it. I am quite keen on the Fujitsu Siemens Pocket LOOX N520 which has GPS (SIRF III) build in. I know it's a brand new device but has any one got any experience with it or knows if it works ok with TomTom?

Cheers,
Manuel

I have a loox 600 and was thinking of upgrading to the n520 as well. Integrated SiRFStar III, 802.11g and Bluetooth for around £300.

One problem I have had is the lack of backwards OS support for my 600. I bought it with pc2002 and couldn't find an OS upgrade for love or money!!

I have heard the iPAQs are better supported.

sorry - no Bluetooth. But with integrated GPS - I don't really need it.

I have been reading reviews and one said the GPS sensitivity is not too crash hot, seems inevitable due to antenna being integrated I guess. Any news of other PDAs coming out with similar spec??
