IN CAR GPS

I currently have a tom tom go, but I am about to take a car with fitted sat nav, which has data on a DVD, is there any way to download the pocket gps speed camera database on to this sort of system??

no one will be able to tell you unless you can say which make/model it is?

i wouldnt think you cold load the safety camera database onto it but i could be wrong....have never seen/used anyof the systems used in jags.

that should be interesting. it would be cool if with an in dash sat nav you could simply put in a tele atlas dvd that would replace teh existing map system and act more like a tomtom. is that possible, or are you just saying that the speed cameras (not relevant for me) would be updated?
