is pc world still the cheapest place, went in to have a look today and it's back up to 280 (well 260 actually as they had some offer on, but was 220 previously)
oh, and I have to say, i used to have a garmin i3...wish I had at least looked at a tomtom before buying it, they just look/feel so much better |

The Link was cheapest at £219 but they just put it up to £249.

they do all the messing around for you //you gone for the one then very good choice sirf3 etc v605 maps all the go series need a good makeover put on a diet etc ..i just bought the garmin nuvi 300 sirf 3 etc on par with the one but smaller |

Yes I agree whole heartedly but things are changing by the hour and when I am online I check with my contacts who are more up-to-date than most. and before you ask NO I don't get Commission
I also agree that the way to GO is slimmer especially as we are being warned not to leave any evidence in the car that a Sat-Nav has lived there!
Regarding maps I recently purchased the GB plus map V632.
As for the nuvi I hope you enjoy the scenic routes

i have the tt on my phone and xda2s very happy with them and wont give them up its like all things cars phones you get bored very quickly i drive class1 trucks for a living i was going to get the one but i already have tt5 it proberly would have been cheaper to buy a nice sirf3 bluetooth...but went for the nuvi its so small to fit the pocket so not tempted to put in glove box etc and so far better and faster than the tt range but tomtom have things up there sleeves when they get rid of all them fat old go things we love you tomtom |
