Anyone else still having problems with traffic? (18:15 12-12-2005)

I havn't been able to get a connection to the server all weekend & have spent so long trying different things that I am now not sure that all the settings are correct.

just tried it this morning, and it now connects, but there again, it was a bit hit or miss yesterday. Its just a shame that a company with a great product, doesn't keep its paying customers informed about the status of said service.

I'll give it a couple of more weeks. If there is no improvement then I will seek a refund.
