I have tried this already and guess what, it did not work - it rejected my keycode!! I am now awaiting a call to do the upgrade manually. It is now 5 weeks from the time I first registered for the upgrade.
I can't beleive they don't want my money!! _________________ Regards BigH |

I gave up waiting for ALK to sort out my upgrade and cancelled the order after almost 3 weeks of waiting and getting nothing from them except 1 useless email blaming customers for asking too many questions for the delay in processing upgrade requests. |

I had dificulties with the website - but adding it to my Internet Explorer 'tusted zone' sorted that one out for me.
I have just had shipping confirmation - so hopefully early next week. |

Hi,
you can only add https pages to the trusted zone, the point at which it rejects my keycode is only a http page.
I'll call them on Monday to see what the latest excuse is!! _________________ Regards BigH |

If you de-select the option to only add https (check box on the screen where you add pages) you can thn add http pages too. |

Thanks for the tip, unfortunately it made no difference - it still rejects the keycode! _________________ Regards BigH |

Having applied for my upgrade 5 weeks ago i was getting really p****d off. In the end I sent a really strong email of complaint to the CS department, within 2 hours I had a phone call from the ever so ellusive sales department and they took my upgrade order manually
It should arrive tomorrow (I won't hold my breath just yet).
What really hacks me off is that no matter how many times you call and speak to the Tech support they will not pass you through directly to the sales department, they claim that they have no direct channel (in a different office!), the best they can do is send them a message which from my experience appears to get ignored. However I may have foiled the system as when the sales dept finally did contact me by phone I got their number via caller ID!!
Here is the number 0207 4044222
Enjoy! _________________ Regards BigH |

WELL BIG H!!!!!
According to the support site, this number you have given is the technical support number. Please check the website to confirm this.
