help me please! ive lost the memory card that came with my tomtom! how can i get this working again? i dont have a back up or anything. ive never been able to use this software yet 
somebody please help me!!!!! |

i think you will need to get in touh with tomtom and make sure you have ALL you receipts and other trancsaction details

| ive contacted tomtom and the 'advice' i got was that i should have made a back-up! now wot do i do?!!! i cant make a back-up when ive never even used it! |

| ok......just got off the phone with tomtom this time! they're best advice is "have you got a friend with the software?" they say the only way is for me to get a copy of someone elses back-up and write it to a new sd then activate it with my product code!!!! seems like a long way round to me! |

Why don't you send your original card back to Tom Tom for repair? That is the standard way TomTom handles these issues. You may be charged an amount if it was your own fault, but I'm not sure.
