Hi fellas,

First time poster here but have been here a few times.

I wanted to ask a pretty dumb question. Have scanned around but cannot find the answer myself so figured I'd ask people who might know.

I have the hardware above. A Rikaline 6033 reciever, an Iaq rx3115 running pocketpc pro 2003 and using tomtom3 software.

Have paired the reciever ok (apparently, although after a time it loses it's connection, don't know if this is because the connection isn't being used or what though) and installed tomtom 3 ok. But i cannot get the tomtom GPS to connect to the reciever. Have tried using the "Rikaline 6010 bluetooth" reciever option and the "NMEA 0183v2 bluetooth" too but no joy.

I'm using the "bluettoth serial connection on Com8" which i assume is correct as this is what windows says it's running on.

Just wondered if I'm missing something really obvious. I see there's a similar post on here already and have pm'd that guy but if anyone could help out I'd appreciate it. Links to drivers maybe or is it something to do with the ipaq model itself?

Cheers in advance for any help.

Please ignore my post above, I read the idiots guide to installing tomtom and reinstalled the older driver to enable the com port.

I guess I'm an idiot. :D

For anyone else with similar problems try here
