which sat nav program is the best for adding poi's , be it your own, or the availability of ones others have perpared.

I don't know about th best, but I fing that tomtom 5 for the pda handles poi's beit you own or third party works well for me. With a bit of tweaking you can assign yu own imags as well

All TomTom products can handle POIs, as TomTom was one of the first companies to offer third-party POI handling (back in TomTom Navigator 1.5 for the Pocket PC)
Most of the larger players in the SatNav field now have products that can handle POIs (although some not as easily as TomTom).

Yeah TomTom is the easiest to add your own customer POI's. You can download from this site and within 5mins you can add the POI and have audio alerts etc. _________________ Regards
