Alright then, have been following this thread, the question I have is if I am going to Niagra Falls from NJ, what destination should I give from NJ?
I know which motel we are going in Canada, for which I can get the directions after changing the maps from US to Canada.
Thanks for anyone who answers. |

Hate to bring up old post...but this is really unacceptable for TT5. How hard really is it to just have NY+Canada map in one map like they did with other states in usa. Do they not think ppl will go from NY/USA -> Canada.
I mean we are trying to do away with using mapquest.. I will be heading to Canada in few weaks from Buffalo NY to Canada and one thing i hate to do is ask for stupid direction. |

that's old news... The new GO 700 map version includes a contiguous North America map with US and Canada in one piece. _________________ Lutz

Ok i think i missed something here. I bought TT5 and it came with canada/us maps which is fine with me. I do alot of traveling to canada from USA (MD). Usually i fly to buffalo and then drive in. I hate having to use mapquest each time to find my route. I bought TT5 cuz i am sick and tied of having to ask for directions... Anyway are you saying there is a different map (GO 700) that will work with TT5? Can someone please clarify for me.
Thanks. |

yes. Provided you have a big enough SD card (the map is 1.3 GB) you can use these new contiguous map on any device (at the cost of an activation) _________________ Lutz
