Hello there, I have just purchased a iCN 520. There seems to be a problem with some of the routings, though. Although the iCN displays the destination and roads on the map screen, when I try to "Go To" that destination, the iCN says "Route error. No driveable route to destination." An example is Grain, in Kent. Most other routings are OK. As I am a service engineer, and do a lot of travelling, this can be a bit of a pain! Help!

I found this the other day. The problem is that it will not allow you to navigate to a road that is not adopted. That is to say it is not an official public road. It may appear on screen as a black road. to get round it you have to navigate to the nearest adopted road. Do this by pressing "Show" and then double tap to a road near to where you want to get and choose "Navigate to". Then as you arraive at your destination just work out where you need to get to from the map screen.

I tried this on my iCN510 and the only warning I got was "Warning this route is via a Toll road" (That's because I live in Essex and would have to use the Dartford crossing!). _________________ Gee-Pee
