I've just installed POI Warner on my MIO 268, and then used it to load the Speed Camera POIs from POIHandler.

The warnings work just fine, but they are in a very Germanic voice. "Attention, ze danger zone is straight ahead"!

Presumably it is fairly easy to change these verbal warnings to a more English voice. Does anyone know how to do it for all Speed Camera POIs (On the MIO268 you have to change each limit individually). Where can I get some replacement voice files? If anyone has recorded some could I reuse theirs?

I'd be interested in other people's opinions of the voice warnings.

Thanks for any help.

There must be a way to change these annoying messages - surely. Has anyone done it and recorded new ones?

I have the same trouble - and i've looked all over my pc and cant find any of these wav files to replace or change - it's irritating the hell out of me.
Anyone found a solution to the mio 268 voices yet?
