Handnav - Where are you Chetan?

Has Chetan (he is the guy who appears to run Handnav singlehandedly) disappeared? He isn't answering his phone .. I have tried several times to ring him this week but either the phone rings on and on and doesn't get answered or a message is played, like todays' for instance when I rang at 10:37 am:

' the business is now closed. Our business hours are 9 - 5 Monday to Friday...' !

Chetan - if you are out there please ring me - my order ref' is Han2013481, and I am sure you will remember our very long conversation about the goods I bought from you. I need the cable you promised you would send last week.

Two days after my previous posting the missing cable arrived - so you will all be relieved to know that Chetan is alive and well (apart from the hearing problem that seems to prevent him hearing his phone ring!)
