is there a facility to report map errors to tom tom. (is there any point). i did find some descrepancies in cumbria - the best one was the "turn left now" whcih was actually a wall around a cemetry and not a road at all (in the middle of Bowness-on -windermere) !!!
It also gets confused in rural areas at some junctions telling me to turn right when it is simply a fork in the road and bear right when it is an actual turning. I guess it is difficult for tom tom to know the exact road priorities / give way marks. |

Perhaps you could post this in a forum that is relevant to TOMTOM and not Garmin Streetpilot...you may get more advanced answers... |

Hi jcb2,
You can report map errors either via the TomTom website or via the Tele Atlas website.
TomTom website
Go to http://www.tomtom.com and sign in with your personal MyTomTom account (or create one).
Then click on the link "Report Map Feedback" to submit your feedback.
Tele Atlas website
Use this link.
BTW, I've moved your post from the "Garmin StreetPilot" forum as it is better placed here.

Though the comment about rural locations is exactly the same on the i3 in my opinion. Not something that bothers me particularly, as its always obvious what the unit is telling me (I mean - surely people dont drive watching only the SatNav, and not the road do they??)
Still - found a few niggles like that with the Garmin |
