Sorry, it was late and \i thought if there was a problem people would know what I was talking about without too much explanation.
i have an xdaIIi, and have install TT5 with GB Plus maps and one voice.
TT5 is on the unit and the maps are on a 512 SD card.
Everything works fine initially. Then i d/l the datasbase zip file, and dragged 'n' dropped the ov2 and bmp files to the GB Plus maps directory on the SD card.
Now if i load TT5, as soon as it picks up the sta signal from the reciever it closes. If i quickly go into the change preferences screen and open the show gps status screen, i can sit there and watch the satallite status till the cows come home, but as soon as i switch to the main screen it sort of freezes for a few seconds, then TT5 closes. If I set TT5 to Hide POI then it works again.
I know its definitely the database screwing it as I have initialised the XDA, installed TT5 clean, and it works OK, but as soon as i add the ov2 files, thats it.
I have been using the august update on my other XDAII (not IIi) fine, so iwant to try the august one on my IIi and the september one on my II and see what happens, but I wondered if anyone else had had a problem.
Ok, done a bit more testing, and it is NOT the spped camera database.
All POI's seem to work ok, and TT5 seems to work, except Cash Dispnesers.
As soon as I activate this, TT5 will not work unless i go to the map folder and delete the gret britain plus.cfg file, which resets all POI settinhs. Weird!
It only does this on my XDAIIi and not my XDAII.
