tomtom wired gps and navigon 5 uncompatibility

Help!
The tomtom3 wired gps is connected to IPAQ 4150. The softaware is TT3 and I use Navigon 5 maping soft.. When Navigon is activated, the com port is lost within minutes. Only gps receiver works well. On soft reset tells that compost 1 does not exist. I tried Franson too, but it did not work. Also instaling TT v. 2.* did not work.
Any help.
