I have a tt go 500 and last month i downloaded you camera data base, very nice thanks. But now you have updated your camera database,which is great, but can you tell how i download the update, do i delete what's on my tt go or copy over it, i just don't know, i' m a bit of a novice really sorry, please help, many thanks |

It's easy peasy, just select the same set of files as you did last month and copy them over to your maps folder on the Go, your PC will throw up the standard warning box saying "Would you like to replace the file xxx.ov2 dated yy/yy/yy with the file xxx.ov2 dated zz/zz/zz?"
Say "Yes" or "Yes to all" and the new versions will overwrite the old ones.
Having said that... just for this month, there is one little complication....
If you use the speed-zoned set of files, there is now an extra category for "variable limit cameras" (like on the M25 gantries) that used to be lumped into the 70mph category. So you need to copy the "pocketgps_uk_gatso_var.ov2" and "pocketgps_uk_gatso_var.bmp" files as well. |
