Hi guys

Another question from the new boy, slowly getting things sorted.

I have a high performance car and it only runs on Optimax petrol supplied by Shell garages.

I have uploaded the shell garage POI to my 520 and all is fine

What i really want to do is be out and find my nearest garage !!!!!

But when i look for poi's it wants me to input the one im looking for but if im out and about i have not got a clue of the address of the nearest garage thus i want it to find the nearest one to me

Is this possible ???

Lee

You need to have a GPS fix for this to work. Open the first menu screen and tap 'Go To'. From the next Menu screen, the bottom option is 'Nearest POI'. This will be enabled if you have a fix, or greyed out if you don't. After tapping 'Nearest POI' you should get the option to select which POI you want.

Hi Tim I would also like to be able to go to my nearest POI, say a Pizza Hut. I have a Navman 510 am I able to do it also?. I have tried and the nearest I can get is a list of addresses. Like Lee I have no idea which address would be closest especially if I was in an area new to me.

Your help would be very much appreciated.

Regards,
Roy.
