How to return your Tom Tom Go 500

Hi

I owned a tom tom go 300 and worked well but i sold
it and bought a Tom Tom go 500 so i could use my phone
hands free but this one is not working very well
it cannot find the Sats when it does it maybe finds two/three
and then on route it loses the sats and sometines it completly
turns it selfs off and on again while on route this can happens
maybe every 10 minutes a real nusance.......

I bought it on Amazon and their is no way to return your
item after 30 days cannot find a email address or snail address for this

Also tried tom tom sent emails to them but no reply
cannot find a address for them anywhere

you spend £470 and have no way to return it can they get away
with this not showing a return address must be against the Law

It's Amazon's problem really, but you could also try phoning TomTom on 0845 161 0009
