I have tried the one listed on here... my local ones are missing !
Also had one from poidownload.uk but this one seems VERY inaccurate.
There must be good one out there !
Thanks |

You don't say which brand you prefer. I've started 'doing' Filling Stations, as single brands, and also one that combines them into 1 POI. There's only 4 at the moment.
If you're interested have a look at http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/oldboy/ _________________ Richard

Installed, and look just fine ! Dont include a few of my locals (Fina/Co-op), but hey ho - shows that the one I was using was duff, and not something that "I had done" !!
Many thanks |

The one supplied with TTN5 is pooh! In my area it lists 2 about 100m out of position, also they are opposite each other accross a duel carriageway, tomtom shows them miles apart!
When I first got tomtom I thought, fantastic up to date info as I drove past a recently closed garage. Then I realisedthey do list the garage but no where hear the location. When you go to the location it says is a petrol station it is just a housing estate.
Although it has never failed me yet I am having doubts, I don't mind stuff slightly out of position but it annoys me that when I put my address in it shows me as right round the corner from my address. Then you look at the map and realise they have got the complete wrong streetname for my end of the road. The road turns from acremoss half way down it to moorfield close for some reason, which then joins another road before branching off it and keeping the same name. It effectively looks like 2 different roads with the same name.
I know map errors can occour, no one is perfect but so many in such a small area? Makes you wonder what is really out there. _________________ o2 XDA Stellar

Like the colour of your sites' POI page Prehaps a bit subtle though (not 'in your face' like the other pages)
Keep up the good work. _________________ If riding in a plane is flying then riding in a boat is swimming. If you want to experience the feeling

As that website seems content to rip off POIs from ours and other sites I'd rather you didn't post their URL here _________________ Darren Griffin |

Not a problem, you're not to know It just angers me when sites like this sprout up and fill their shelves with ripped off POIs. _________________ Darren Griffin |
