have an ipaq 4150 with tt 5.1 .. Everything is normally fine but ocasionally the screen goes into night setting mode and at the same time I loose the GPS signal ( blootooth ) 8O . Is this a way that TT indicates loss of signal ?? I beleive I have found out why the signal was lost .. had my mobile next to the GPS receiver .. I guess this would Interfere with the signal ?? any ideas
Next question seems that I always have to go into bluetooth manager and activate the bluetooth connection .. I would have thought this should happen automatically ?? Am I doing something wrong ..
Thanks in advance for any help given
Cheers

Tomtom 5 automatically greys out when signal is lost, could you be mistaking this for night mode?
The way I set my 4150 in motion is to activate tomtom, then turn the bluetooth reciever on. It is usually up and running in seconds. _________________ o2 XDA Stellar

The change from colour to mono screen, indicates a loss of useable sat signal. _________________ Richard

GPS signals are incredibly weak - at the surface of the earth the signal is equivalent to the energy recieved from a 25 watt light bulb at a distance of 10,000 miles! It does not take much secondary radiation to blank that out. |
