I have just sold my car and included my Tomtom go, complete with ,1 month old mowe upgrade . I want to replace my go, but with what ?
Do i get the 300, 500,700 or try a different GPS altogether. I was quite happy with the go's functions and am not really into traffic and blue tooth. |

If you were happy with the Go get another one.
If you dont need hands free or detailed europe maps get a 300. |

As we are moving to France next year and intend to travel Europe maps are important. |

Get a 700. It's cheaper than a bigger SD card and the MOWE CD set and the smaller GO. And you don't have to change maps at the border. _________________ TTGO 700 (dead)

Just been looking on the Tomtom site and it lists the Motorola V620 as compatible with Tomtom 700. I have the V600 can anyone tell me if this is also compatible cos waiting for a response from Tomtom is like waiting for tomorrow.(It never comes)
thanks |

Can't comment on the phone compatibility with TomTom bluetooth but can recommend the GO 700 - I upgraded from a GO classic and use my GO extensively in Holland where I'm working at the moment. Colleagues are amazed at my ability to find Hotels and Restaurants in city centres and find nearest car parks to minimise walking. I would not want to be without it.
I can also confirm that O2 XDA2s, not listed in the compatibility list works fine on my GO700. _________________ GO 700 App 6.520 WE Map v568.0

Not sure to be honest. You will have to see if someone who has tried that setup posts to confirm either way. The answer you will get from TT will probably not help as they will just refer to the list of compatible phones listed. Good luck. |
