UPDATE - - - whilst I have been writing this I have had help from www.satnav-shop.com who have instructed me how to reset the tomtom 700 and it is ALIVE !! I used a paperclip to press the reset button on the bottom for 10 seconds and this did the trick, with regards to the other troubles though I think these may be a matter for tomtom and i will send them some feedback through their website. Many thanks to satnav-shop.com though as I was about to have a very stressfull evening. If anyone else has had problems similar to the problems I have detailed above and has had a response from tomtom please feel free to email me mp260875@aol.com |
