sounds like you put the wrong device code in to tt code go back to ttcode and check te code is correct when you have it working youll need to update to the v5.1 fom the tomtom website as it contains a fix for the vga screen _________________ currently using aponia truck navigation on windows phone. The registration number you need to use should be printed on a credit card size plastic card retained on the inside of the fromt cover - this all worked fine for me as I have just put UK on the PDA from the full European set. I just can't get the free traffic trial to work! - Mike |

hi
i used the number on the credit card
could it be the wrong credit card for the software ???
as for automated activation the page it sends you to is not there so it wont work either
i emailed the shop from where i got it and they said this is not the first time they have had problems with tomtom activation wait 7 days then try again to activate it, cant see what difference this would make apart from then not getting hassle from me as i have asked either to get the software running or a refund |

The 7 days is the time it takes to activate it on a second device. Which means the shop you got it from could be illegally duplicating the software?
Check it to make sure it is genuine. |
