Hi all,
I know the voice files come in a chk and a vif file is there a program you can listen to the voice without keep pluging tomtom in and out all the time?
I pressed a chk file it says pick program and something abt making computer going funny, anyone know the right program to use to listen to the chk file?

No , that's not possible. The CHK file contains a number of OGG files, some of them encrypted. Use Viftool to extract the OGG files. _________________ Lutz

if you use viftool to extract the voice files it will not play as viftool extracts them as raw pcm! you can use scardycats poi patcher to extract the ogg files and then listen to them using gold wave or wave pad! use viftool to recompile them as i have had problems using poi patcher, when it recreates the .chk file it will not work on the tom tom go you get silence.
