Has anyone seen anything like TomTom's power solution for their new bluetooth gps, available elsewhere? i like the look of that, since it's a regular cigar-lighter plug, with with the 2 outlets needed to power both the GPS and the iPaq. AND it's a non-curly-cord, so easier to make a neat cable-trail!
I've just spotted a "retractable" ipaq car power solution on expansys which i'm tempted to go for, but this will only power one device, and something similar to TomTom's lead available seperately would be better.

Take a look at the Bluetooth Review under the What's in the box section, the TomTom BT GPS comes with an in-car accessory plug charger, the end of the cable plugs into the BT GPS to charge it, and also on the end of the accessory plug there's a socket which the left hand cable plugs into so you could charge an iPAQ with this (you'd need the 3600 to 3800 connector).

Yep, PC-Mobile will. Look on this page for the DC Power Y Cable, it's $7.50 and works well. Both Mike and myself have a cable and use it most of the time. The cable spans out to 1m in length. |
