Just a quick note to say that I recently bought a TTG300 for use in my Citroen C5. It worked OKish, but satellite signal strength was weak through the reflective windscreen - usually no more than 2/3 ht bars. I decided to buy the 45cm re-radiating antenna from GPS World. It came one day later on a saturday on standard delivery (impressive). The unit has three cables from a splitter. 1m to re-radiating antenna, 3m to roof mounted mag mount block and 1m to the power socket which has the capability of piggy backing a second plug. I mounted the rod antenna just behind the TTG in the groove between the A post and dash top. Signal strength on sats is always now 90-100% . On a 600 mile round trip the signal never once fell below 4 bars and was usually 5. If you can't get the TTG official external aerial, this, I think, is just as good. |

Hello MrRusty,

thanks, it interests me since it would allow use of the Go in my car without the docking shoe. |
